    Hello, ladies!

    I can’t make ya’ll be the first to comment, so here goes me. 🙂

    I’ve always been a foodie, but I fell in love with nutrition and health after struggles of my own post-highschool. I spent two and a half years struggling with chronic fatigue, mild depression and anxiety, and totally lost my cycle for most of that time.

    Since then, I’ve become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (I know you were wondering about the “NTP”), and my focus is on teaching young women how to care for themselves.

    We all have something SO beautiful to offer, and it kills me to see any girl friend’s health struggles keeping her from her richest, fullest, most joyful life.

    I love food (duh), POP Pilates, ripped jeans, loooooong walks in the country, hiking, sunshine, K-Pop and K-drama, Motown, Celtic Music, Tom Hanks, and Sandra Bullock. Oh, also reading, writing, and dancing like no one is watching. (Apologies if you ever ARE watching. 😉 )

    I love sitting down with a nice cold kombucha and hearing a sister’s story. You lovely ladies really are the reason behind what I do, and I’m so excited to meet you!
