Hi! I’m Morgan Hildebrand.
I am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and I coach young women with digestive and hormone imbalances to live their strongest, healthiest, and most joy-full lives.
I grew up a Kansas farm girl, and was raised on fresh produce, home grown eggs, and lots of sunshine. But after high school, my health collapsed and for two and a half years I struggled with chronic fatigue, hormone issues, mild depression, and a growing list of food sensitivities. Through that journey I realized two things:
Food is the best medicine, and physical health and emotional health go hand in hand.
I’m passionate about teaching young women to care for themselves – physically and emotionally. I believe every young women should be strong, confident, and beautiful from the inside out. You have a gift all your own to give to the world, and your health should be a benefit, not a barrier.
I love ripped jeans, going barefoot, cooking, eating, reading, writing, POP Pilates, Irish music, and Korean pop. I love sweet potatoes, dates dipped in chocolate, and a tall, cool glass of kombucha. I love sitting down with a sister and hearing her story, and I love helping women live strong.
